I would like to know how far downtown Memphis is to Graceland by car? Can you recommend any hotels w/kitchens in them for a weeks stay?

Hi there! Graceland is about 8 miles from downtown Memphis, and it's about a 15 minute drive. Heartbreak Hotel, which is right across from Graceland, has rooms with kitchenettes. There's also a list here on TripAdvisor of the 15 best Memphis hotels with kitchens.

I stayed at the Peabody downtown and walked to Beale Street which is practically around the corner. Then, I took the FREE busy ride from the Soul Museum (across from Gibson guitar) to Graceland and Sun Studios. I saw both venues in one day (a weekday vs weekend) and was not rushed at all. They stop several times at both venues to pick up and drop off. VERY CONVENIENT. The Peabody is within walking distance to just about everything.

We stayed at the residence Inn, it had nice two level rooms with kitchens and a very friendly staff. It is also near great resaurants and shops. It is has a great breakfast in the morning too.

Graceland is not far from downtown Memphis. Plan not to be on the road during rush hour. We stayed NE of the city. Hotels were more reasonably priced and traffic was better.

We stayed downtown at Courtyard Memphis. No kitchen, mini fridge and coffee maker - great location for downtown. Maybe a 15 or so minute drive from downtown. Hope it helps

Hello. We only stayed there for two days and our room had a kitchen. I am sure there may be better places to stay but we stayed there as it's on Beale St. The drive to Graceland from Memphis is about 15-20mins. We loved our stay there hope you do too. Have fun!

It's about 10 to 15 minutes to downtown Memphis. I don't think you would want to stay near Graceland. Downtown would be a good choice. Sorry, we've never stayed long enough to have a hotel with a kitchen. Enjoy your visit.
